I usually type the phrase “heads up” for new listings that hit the mls a few hours before I post about them. As you drove down Trenholm Road through Heathwood on you way to work today (or your way home this afternoon), you may have noticed the SOLD rider on the top of the black F|A sign. We left the ‘SOLD’ rider off of this one for a reason, which may have confused some wondering minds, but sure’nuff, 1540 Adger Road closed Wednesday afternoon.
