Heads up to blog readers and clients! A stately home will be hitting the market any day now on Airy Hall in King’s Grant. I hired an appraiser to measure it today, and the home taped at 4,001 square feet. The seller completed the S.C. Property Disclosure Statement today and a lockbox should be on the door by mid afternoon.
Airy Hall is one of the very first cul de sacs developed in King’s Grant, and geographically is at the very front of the neighborhood. This puts this home super close to the pool and tennis courts, and as close as one can get to the guard gate/entrance which provides ‘easy in, easy out’ convenience. Reminder: The streets in King’s Grant are alphabetical as you go around the loop – Airy, Bolen, Castle Hall, Cotton Hope, Davant, Fenwick, Fish Haul. I may have missed one, but you get the idea.
