Heads up to blog readers and clients on this one! This afternoon 363 South Chimney Lane hit Columbia’s real estate market for sale. As of 1:03AM Friday morning it hasn’t hit the Zillow/Trulia/Realtor.coms of the world, but if you want the jump you can check it out here and here.
“South Chimney” IS A TON OF STUFF for the money, and I love the floor plan. At 3,354 square feet, the house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It has all the goodies like shining hardwoods, tall/smooth ceilings, and recessed lighting. As you can see from the pics it’s an open plan, and the staircase spindles are wrought iron… which is pretty awesome.
The semi-open kitchen is full of stainless appliances, thick granite slab tops, and features a peninsula bar, and stellar eat-in breakfast area.. The kitchen also flows onto a huge screened in porch and open deck which is perfect for all levels of entertaining.
The large owner’s suite is complete with large BR, granite slab double vanity, sep shower, big tub, and sweet closet.
As you can tell, I’m a big fan of the house. That said, the X factor is the basement. BOoOoM! Kitchenette with more granite slab, more bedrooms, fireplace, and walk-out patio. This is man world, in-law space, Wii-Room, and/or PlayStation paradise. I have a basement, and I know of this feature well…We love it.
