Today, Craig and I traveled to Rock Hill to attend the super popular “30-60-90” training. This course is the second portion of the Career Visioning series which teaches Realtors that are interested in shifting from a single real estate agent model to growing a business through talent. 30-60-90 lays out the roadmap of how of to determine real talent and how to develop and find opportunities for others within your organization.
In short, it was awesome. Our eyes were once again opened by the bigger thinking vision that Keller Williams continually provides. On the way home back to Columbia we couldn’t stop brainstorming and masterminding about what the next steps are for our practice. Let me correct myself. It’s not about “what’s” next for our organization, it’s “who” is next for our organization.
