Heads up to the folks that live around Richland Mall: It seems a Publix Grocery Store may be on the way.
I have it on good authority from a friend and a commercial real estate broker that Publix is coming to Richland Mall. At the moment it’s unclear which space they’ll take, but my guess would be the former Dillard’s or Parisian spots. I don’t know how a grocery outlet is run or the particulars of the deal, but my first inclination is Parisian, as the exposure piece seems exponentially superior. We’ll see.
