We were on our way back from a Realtor Association event tonight when I realized that I haven’t blogged in a few days. While it bugs me to disrupt the frequency of posts, I guess not much has happened outside of the national news, of which I usually steer clear.
While I haven’t been active on the blog since Monday, we have actually been super busy with listings, inspection addendums, and have a pretty good string of closings coming up.
Here’s a quick snapshot of what’s happening; 3407 Coleman @ Shandon, 719 Sims @ Shandon, 2744 Burney @ Shandon, 4121 Devereaux @ Heathwood, 118 Timmmons @ Meadowfield. 712 King’s Grant Drive are all closing soon. If all goes well, Coleman, Sims, and Timmons close Friday.
I know Elizabeth has two more in the hopper for Friday, but I forgot to ask the addresses before we all left this afternoon. Some of you may know of other houses that should be on this list, but I’d rather not post about them until we are out of the inspection process. After all, I don’t want to jinx any of my sellers!
Downtown Columbia folks and blog readers probably recognize some of these properties as a couple of them have been on the market a good while. That said, they’re Pending Contract now and are on the runway to close very soon. Thanks to the sellers for sticking with us.
