Thinking of what I might write about tonight, I thought a good many folks may be interested in the action we’ve experienced in the last couple of days. By “action,” I mean closings.
The pics above are back to back closings we’ve had in the Forest Acres, Forest Lake, Arcadia Lakes area. The two listings above closed between $225,000 & $260,000, respectively. Both listings feed into Forest Lake Elementary School, Dent, and RNE.
Both sellers hired me by a referral source, which is extremely flattering. Interestingly, the sellers of Brandywine quizzed me, noting, “Someone told me you only sell in Shandon, Heathwood, and King’s Grant.” Not true! Comment from the Greenleaf seller; “You’re much nicer in person than in your picture.” Hmm….Something to think about!
