Over the last two weeks I’ve been asked no less than five times, “What’s going on with the old K-Mart across from Whole Foods?” Well, here’s the answer; Michaels, Marshalls, and PetSmart, along with some other local opportunity seekers.
The news was announced a couple of weeks ago @ The State Newspaper. That said, I continued to welcome inquiries around town about the new “Rosewood Crossing.”
Truth told, this post is a product of a conversation with Midlands commercial real estate attorney, John Lansche, at the YMCA soccer field last Saturday morning. Although, The State Newspaper certainly reaches the masses, it’s amazing how casual conversation can rekindle chatter regarding a multi-million dollar development. As a point of reference, our daughters are soccer teammates. #GoPinkNinjas
